Lady Grace notices that one of the Ladies in waiting is sick and she was about to get married. Lady Sarah needs to try on some of the
Queen's clothes to see if they fit and pose for a painting. While she is there Grace finds out that she has a passion for painting and that one of the paints is deadly and that is the yellow one. It has a poison called
orpiment. One of the other girl's father got severely injured by Carmina's parents she is called Lady
Horsely. Carmina
wasn't getting any better and she actually might die and Grace is trying to give her some coal because she thinks that someone might have poisoned her with the
orpiment. Lady
Horsely was very sad about her father and might have wanted revenge and that was getting back at Carmina because that would hurt the father even more. So she sprinkled more
orpiment over some sugared apricots and tried to feed them to Carmina for
the last time when the queen came in and stopped the whole thing and sent Lady
Horsely to jail.
